These terms govern your use of the Native Grain Co. website and any purchase made through it. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable. Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of order. Because pieces are one of a kind, availability is confirmed at the point of purchase.
Product Descriptions
We describe every piece's materials, condition, and restoration work as accurately as possible. Minor variation in timber grain and finish is normal and part of what makes each piece unique.
Liability
Native Grain Co. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of restored furniture. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
